"Refund Policy for COVID-19 Missed Appointments:"

No refund is allowed against COVID tests.

If you miss your appointment slot, you will be allowed once to re-schedule your slot free of charge.

Any rescheduling of the second missed appointment will incur a charge of BHD 10 per appointment.

Appointments are valid for 4 weeks of the first appointment.

Transfers are not allowed.

Refund And Cancellation Policy


In case any excess payment made on http://www.bahrainspecialisthospital.com against the Services provided by Bahrain Specialist Hospital and its Clinics, will only be accepted on the demand of the applicant in manual way through Account Payee Cheque. No amount will be refunded by way of online transaction. The refund process will be initiated once after confirmation that services has not been provided to the applicant. Refund claim received from the applicant will be processed after approval from proper authorities.

No interest on excess payment will be applicable to the applicant. No refund policy for the Registration Fee. Additionally, no refunds on separate test items of Health Care Packages. Transactional charge might be deducted from the Refund Amount.

For the cancellation process of an appointment, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

For any dispute related to any transaction, please contact us at Office of Accounts Department, Bahrain Specialist Hospital,  Juffair,  within 3 Days from Transaction Date.

Delivery Information


We are delivering all our products through our trusted courier companies or internal delivery system.

Once the payment is confirmed, we will contact you via phone or email and fix a time for online appointment with the respective Doctor. Once the service is completed, we will confirm the same and proceed with the rest of deliverables through a drive-through or drop at home* for pharmacy items.
For services such as Laboratory, Radiology or any Outpatient procedure to be performed, we will fix another appointment and these services may be paid for while visiting our hospital or at time of collection of samples.

Online Transactions:


The Website provides you the ability to pay online through a third-party payment gateway for some of the Services available on the Website.

If you choose to pay online, you may be directed to a third-party payment gateway to enable processing of the payment. This transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third-party payment gateway. Bahrain Specialist Hospital shall not be liable if any transaction does not get confirmed or may not be completed or for any failure on part of the bank or the credit card or the third-party site or agency to perform any of its obligations or in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly arising out of the decline or acceptance of authorization for any transaction, for any reason whatsoever.

The Hospital, at its sole discretion, may choose to not process or to cancel your service in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the service you wish to procure is out of our bounds or has been mispriced, we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances the hospital management deems appropriate. The Hospital will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel.

In the event that a service is not in the order in which it was to be provided, then the hospital accepts to refund the same under its Refund Policy. The Hospital will provide the Client with Credit in the value of the service charged. 

Hospital makes every effort to provide appropriate description of services on the Website, as provided to us by our Specialists. However, the Hospital, does not warrant, that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

The Hospital strives to provide accurate pricing information regarding the products and services available on the Website. We cannot, however, insure against pricing errors. The Hospital reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product or service whose price was incorrectly posted on the Website as a result of an error. If this occurs, the Hospital will notify you by email. In addition, the Hospital reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated full retail price.
